This demands new applicants to be highly efficient and responsive to the changing market. They need to not only polish their skills but also flaunt them without appearing as a braggart. Their C.V should clearly reflect their achievements, they should have good references and they should be able to handle their interviews well. Unfortunately many under graduates, even graduates lack these skills. They have the capabilities but can't express themselves well.
