Program is a process of managing ongoing inter-dependent projects in a coordinated way to obtain benefits and control not available from managing them individually.
Program includes elements of work to and outside of scope of the discrete projects
in the program. The participants would recieve an in-depth training and would be
equipped to appear for the Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification. |
