Bokhari, Professor, Mathematics and Statistics Department, College of Sciences, KFUPM and Dr. Abdul-Fazal M. Arif, Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Saudi Arabia visited CIIT on April 15, 2009. </span> </td> </tr> <tr style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Times New Roman"> <td colspan="1" style="padding-right: 8px; padding-left: 8px; padding-bottom: 8px; padding-top: 8px; height: 14px; text-align: justify" valign="top"> <span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: Arial">The purpose of their visit was to induct students on full scholarship in the world leading university. For this purpose, the delegates gave presentation about their programs and subsequently interviewed almost 60 Candidates from CIIT and other Institutions in Islamabad and surrounding districts. They also had one to one talks with Dr. S. M. Junaid Zaidi, Rector CIIT and officials of International Liaison Office (ILO). Various ways of entering into collaboration between CIIT and KFUPM were discussed.
