In April 2007, the COMSATS Institute
of Information Technology announced to establish the CIIT Endowment Fund. This benefaction,
creates in perpetuity, a scholarship programme to enable students to study at the
Indtitute. Award of scholarships would be on the basis of Academics as well as Financial
Need and desire to seek knowledge to contribute to society throughout the world
by providing service to their communities and applying their talents and knowledge
